Prices and contract of sale
Prices are valid from 1st September 2007. All other preceding price lists are rendered invalid with this. Information is correct at the time of print but due to market fluctuations our offer is subject to change without prior notice. A contract of sale exists only through our confirmation of order or the delivery of the goods. We retain the right to deliver against advance payment only.

Delivery and payment.
Any invoices not paid in advance are to be settled strictly within 30 days of the date of invoice. Orders above a value of £200 are free delivery to Mainland UK. All orders to these countries under this value will be invoiced with a standard delivery charge of £15 for packaging and dispatch. The minimum order value is £50. We retain the right to make part deliveries should certain products ordered be temporarily out of stock. Delivery dates stated by us are not binding and we are not liable for compensation claims due to delivery dates not met. Deliveries should be immediately checked and damaged products or quantity discrepancies reported to the carrier who should then be required to confirm this in writing. Hidden faults should be reported to us within one month.

Property possession
All goods delivered remain our property until payment of all outstanding invoices has been received in full. Any third party with access to goods under our possession is to be notified
of this and we are also to be notified without delay. Legal jurisdiction is held where the order was accepted.

Samples and Discounts
Samples will be invoiced at catalogue price plus our standard delivery charge. Discounts are granted on larger orders. For details of this please refer to the order form at the back of the catalogue.
